Mr. "Kennedy" and his Persecuted Family in Pakistan
Mr. "Kennedy"
was a simple man who sold treats to children to support his wife and six
children. Yet it was his kindness that led to his persecution. In
the Spring of 2016 he was accused by Muslims of filling his ice cream cart with dirty
and unholy items with the deliberate intention to try and poison Muslim children. A mob soon gathered
and beat him, stealing his money and breaking his bike. The Pakistani
Police did nothing about it. They then threatened to shoot him if he didn’t
stop selling ice cream.
For months he had no way to support his family and now he works as a cleaner for a pittance amount of $100 a month. On such a low salary he cannot afford electricity, running water, education for his children, or medicine. Sadly, this is a common theme for Pakistani Christian families forced to try and survive in a society that hates them.
