Is Joe Biden a Bigot for Opposing Brunei's New Laws?

Former Vice President Joe Biden recently put out a post on Twitter in which he condemned Brunei's recently enacted laws that mandate that homosexuals & adulterers be stoned to death and that thieves have their hands cut off.  In his tweet, Joe Biden stated:

"Stoning people to death for homosexuality or adultery is appalling and immoral.  Every single person on earth is entitled to be treated with dignity and to live without fear. There is no excuse—not culture, not tradition—for this kind of hate and inhumanity."  However, does Joe Biden's criticism make him a bigot, and if so, should his Twitter Account be Suspended?  Well according to those who run Twitter, the answer to both questions is yes.

The stoning of homosexuals and adulterers are both practices that are mandated by Sharia Law.  Now one might ask, "Why don't Muslim rulers simply dismiss this ancient decrees from over a thousand years ago?"  Well, according to Surah 4:65 of the Qur'an, they cannot do so:
"But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission."
Thus, Allah states that a Muslim cannot truly call himself a Muslim unless he accepts all of Muhammad's decrees without question.  Thus, according to the teachings of the Qur'an & Sharia the Sultan of Brunei is required to submit to all of Muhammad's decrees without question.  Let us take a look at Muhammad's decrees that mandate these practices:

Sunan ibn Majah Book 20 Hadith 2555:
It was narrated from `Imran bin Husain that:
"A woman came to the Prophet (Peace be upon him) and confessed to committing fornication. He issued orders, and her garments were tightened around her (so that her private parts would not become uncovered) then he stoned her."

Sunan ibn Majah: Book 20, Hadith 2561:
It was narrated from Ibn`Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said:
“Whoever you find doing the action of the people of Lut, kill the one who does it, and the one to whom it is done.”  (Lut is Lot, and "the action of the people of Lot is homosexual relations," and Muhammad ordered both of those who engaged in this to be executed).

Is Joe Biden a hate activist for condemning these teachings?  Under Twitter's standards, yes.  In a recent video ex-Muslim Ridvan Aydemir, better known as The Apostate Prophet on YouTube, explained how he put out a tweet on his Twitter account in which he stated that Sharia mandates the killing of gays, adulterers, and apostates from Islam like himself:

Sahih Bukhari: Book 83, Hadith 17Narrated 'Abdullah:
Allah's Apostle said, "The blood of a Muslim who confesses that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that I am His Apostle, cannot be shed except in three cases: In Qisas for murder, a married person who commits illegal sexual intercourse and the one who reverts from Islam (apostate) and leaves the Muslims."

"...The Prophet said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.' "

How did Twitter respond to this Tweet?  They suspended The Apostate Prophet's Account for "promoting hateful conduct."  So if The Apostate Prophet is promoting hateful conduct by opposing these oppressive Sharia Laws, then so is Joe Biden.
