Violent Mob Attacks Arizona State Senate

The overturning of Roe vs. Wade has not resolved the abortion issue in the United States.  The ruling neither approves of abortion, nor does it abolish it.  Rather, it states that the Constitution makes no mention of abortion and it is allowing states to set their own laws in regards to abortion without fear of running afoul of the Federal Government.  This decision was made with the case of Dobbs vs. Jackson Women's Health Organization in which the state of Mississippi passed a law banning nearly all abortions after the 15th week of pregnancy, a law that ran afoul to Roe vs. Wade which permitted abortion in the U.S. in the first and second trimester of pregnancy. The divided court reflects a nation that is, and has remained, divided over this issue for decades.  However, for some of the radical "pro-abortion" supporters, this ruling is being seen as an "act of war."  Radicals have already attacked crisis pregnancy centers across the nation and also threatened the lives of Supreme Court Justices.  Now, they have launched an attack against the Arizona State Senate.

In Phoenix, 7,000-8,000 abortion supporters  rallied in the capital to protest the courts ruling.  Though initially beginning as a peaceful rally, radical groups soon attempted to break through the line of police surrounding the State Senate building and disrupt the proceedings there (Link to Video).  Security escorted the legislators to the basement for their safety while the police fired tear gas to disperse the crowd.  Before being driven away, radicals spray painted graffiti on memorials outside with slogans like "Abort the Court."  At this present time, 22 states are now passing or considering legislation that will restrict abortions in their respective states.
