Lebanon’s Discrimination Against Palestinians

Image
On Jan. 28 th  2021 news was revealed that Lebanese citizens began an online petition stating that all Lebanese citizens should be vaccinated before any foreigner living within their borders.   The reality is that this is a discriminatory petition as there are hundreds of thousands of people living in Lebanon that are identified as “Palestinian Refugees” that are not considered to be Lebanese citizens.   The practice of denying Palestinians in Lebanon access to basic medical care has been a long-standing practice in Lebanon.    In 2011, an 11-year-old Palestinian boy by the name of Mohammed Nabil Taha died at the entrance to a Lebanese hospital after being refused admittance because his parents could not afford to pay for his $1500 medical treatment.   In Lebanon, “hundreds of thousands of Palestinians live in squalid refugee camps and are victims of an apartheid system that denies then access to work, education, & medical care.” Israel on the other han...

Some Accounts that Twitter Won't Ban

Image
Twitter has a tendency of suspending, and in some cases, terminating accounts of individuals who they say violate their "hate and safety policies."  However, many have pointed out that Twitter has a very strange habit of allowing some users to keep posting hateful and violent content, but not others, namely because those individuals share the same political or societal views that the owners of Twitter follow.  Allow us to consider some examples.   Zabihullah Mujahid  For those of you who don't know, Zabihullah is the spokesman for the Taliban in Afghanistan.  His account has thousands of followers and likes to brag on Twitter about how many people he's recruited to his cause.  Never mind the fact that the Taliban has been responsible for numerous atrocities such as blowing up ancient statues of Buddha, attacking Mosques, killing aid workers, shooting girls in the head for wanting to go to school, and blowing the cars of women's rights activists.  ...

Boko Haram Terrorists Attack & Murder Bridal Party

Image
The Terror of Boko Haram knows no bounds.  For years they have kept Nigeria in an iron grip of fear, attacking churches, kidnapping women for sex slavery, even murdering Muslims who oppose their murderous agenda.  Nobody is safe from Boko Haram.  One of Boko Haram's most notorious actions is to set up "checkpoints."  Militants set up stations on the roads and stand guard, waiting for people to come by.  When families or groups of people arrive, they're stopped and questioned about their faith and their beliefs.  Christians who are stopped are often given a choice: convert or die.  At times, they're not even given a choice, they're simply killed.  Such was the case for Martha Bulus.  On Dec. 26, 2019, Martha was a bride, heading to her wedding in the Adamwa State province of Nigeria.  On her way to her wedding, Martha and her bridal party was stopped by a Boko Haram road block, and they would not let her pass. Martha Bulus & Her Murde...

“She Survived Communism – Are We Ready To Do So?”

Image
Zuzana Janosova Den Boer survived Communism in Czechoslovakia and eventually fled to Canada to obtain the freedom that she long yearned for, but never had in the Eastern Bloc.  Now, years later, she finds that our freedoms are once again under threat, but this time it's not from the Communism of the Eastern Bloc, it's the Communism that's in the free nations of the West, though they may not be free much longer ( Link to Article ).  In the West today, Communism has infiltrated our society in the highest levels, and it has done so under the clever disguise of "environmentalism." In March of 2007, former Czech President Vaclav Klaus stated "It becomes evident that, while discussing climate, we are not witnessing a clash of views about the environment, but a clash of views about human freedom."  He want on to state that in truth, environmentalism and communism have the same roots.  They both suppress freedom and warns that any brand of environmentalism calli...

Twitter Sued for Refusing to Remove Child Pornography

Image
Twitter has come under fire not only for aiding in the shutdown of the Social Networking site Parler and for allowing for the unvetted posting of content clearly promoting hatred & violence, but Twitter is now being sued for refusing to remove images of Child Pornography.  On January 20th, the National Center on Sexual Exploitation filed a lawsuit against Twitter ( Link to Lawsuit ).  In the lawsuit, the National Center on Sexual Exploitation accuses Twitter of violating their duty to report child sexual abuse material and of violating the Trafficking Victims Protection Act.  The lawsuit was filed by the victim and his mother, in which they allege that Twitter made money off clips showing the victim, who was 13 at the time, engaging in sexual activity.  The victim, who is now 17, stated that as a child, he had been blackmailed into performing these sexual activities.  Though he managed to escape from his blackmailers, the images resurfaced in 2019 on two acc...

Eleven Shiite Muslim Coal Miners Murdered in Quetta

Image
The city of Quetta, Pakistan, has been a hotspot for ongoing Jihadist attacks.  Situated on the border with Afghanistan, it has been caught in the crossfire of extremism for years.  Now, a new tragedy has struck Quetta.  ISIS militants abducted 11 Shiite coal miners from the Machh Coal Mine 30 miles outside of Quetta, took them to a nearby mountain, and shot them point blank.  Reports reveal that six of the workers died immediately while 5 more were critically wounded and died in the hospital.   Video footage of the attack reveal that the ISIS militants blindfolded their victims and tied their victims behind their backs, then executed them.  Sadly, attacks like this are not uncommon in this region.  Christian churches and Shiite Mosques in particular have been singled out for attack.  Attacks on the roadsides have also been frequent as terrorists are known to set up checkpoints and stop vehicles on the road.  If any Pakistani c...

Pakistani Christian Sisters Murdered and Dumped in the Sewer

Image
On November 26, 2020, two Pakistani sisters, Abida (age 26) and Sajida (age 28) left their home in the Makan Colony in Lahore to go shopping at a local bazaar.  They would never return home again.   On December 14th, the body of an unidentified woman was found in the sewers.  The body was in such a dilapidated state that the police could not identify the woman.  However, they were able to clearly determine that she had been tied up, her throat was then slashed, and then her body was dumped in the sewer.  On January 4th, the body of a second woman was found in the sewer, and she too had been murdered in a similar fashion.  As the police reexamined both bodies, they determined that these were the bodies of Abida and Sajida. Prior to their deaths, Abida and Sajida worked at a garment factory in Lahore.  The police investigation revealed that the owner of the factory, Mohammad Naeem Butt, and their supervisor Mohammad Imtiaz, had continually pushed to...
