For 17 years Mayra Rodriguez worked for Planned Parenthood and for a time, was in charge of three clinics.  In 2016 she was recognized by the organization as "Employee of the Year."  However, during her tenure with Planned Parenthood, Rodriguez witnessed many things that troubled her.  Such things included falsified abortion records and serious medical complications from abortion.  However, the most drastic experience came when Planned Parenthood threatened her immigration status when she threatened to report a doctor at a clinic she directed for botching the abortion performed on a 19-year-old patient.  Mayra reported that the doctor left the head of the 14-week aborted baby within the womb of the mother and then placed an intrauterine contraceptive device inside of the mother.   Instead of acknowledging this mistake, Planned Parenthood tried to bury it by falsifying the record.   When Mayra first started to work for Planned Parenthood, she worked at a clinic that did not pe
