Why I oppose "Inter-Sectional Feminism"

Image
Feminism, like many movements, is not a universal movement.  There are various types of feminism.  One version of feminism that is gaining power is a feminist movement that I, and everyone with a sense of morality should oppose, and that is "inter-sectional feminism"  This form of feminism is not focused on universal sisterhood and the spreading of sexual equality around the globe. This is a species of feminism that, in accordance with the relatively new academic concept of "inter-sectionality," which accepts a hierarchy whereby some "victim groups" are higher up on the grievance ladder than others.  It means that "inter-sectional" feminists must be culturally sensitive and culturally relative, recognizing and privileging culturally predicated values other than sexual equality. They must be feminists who understand that while no expression of contempt for the purported tyranny of Western males can be too loud, overstated or vulgar, they must, in...

Mussolini Embraced Relativism

Image
Absolute Relativism  essentially teaches that “Truth differs from person to person & culture to culture.    Thus, there is no absolute Truth except nothing is absolutely true.”   Many who proclaim to fight for "equal rights" in our society today are wooed by this ideology.  What they do not realize is that they are embracing the same ideology that has been embraced by some of the most infamous tyrants in history.  Tyrants typically don't adhere to the belief that there are moral absolutes that they must never violate.  They believe Truth is whatever they make it to be. Fascist Dictator Benito Mussolini attested to this belief.   Early in his political career, Mussolini wrote: "Everything I have said and done these last years is relativism, but intuition."  Modern relativism infers that everybody has the right to create for himself his own ideology, and to attempt to enforce it with all the energy of which he is capable....

"For what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world but loses his soul?"

Image
Jesus is recorded stating this passage in Mark 8:36, and it is a recurring theme that has been illustrated throughout the course of history, and it is a lesson that has also been taught in our society.  When people place their desires into selfish ambition, all too often they have everything, and yet nothing.  Charles Dickens beloved store "A Christmas Carol" shows this.  In his book, Ebeneezer Scrooge was a selfish man chose to put his faith in his money, and it cost him dearly.  He lost the woman he loved, lost his chance for a family, and alienated all those who cared for him.  His desire for wealth did not buy him happiness, he was bitter and alone, and during one night, he witnessed how so many who had so little had much more joy in their lives than he did.  He soon learned that if he did not change his ways, he would die alone, with nobody to mourn him and would leave behind nothing but a legacy of greed and selfishness.  Ironically, this was the...

Two Tourists Beheaded in Morocco: Why?

Image
In what has become yet another atrocity committed by the supporters of ISIS, two innocent young women who where on a hiking trip in Morocco were killed recently.   Maren Ueland, 28, of Norway and Louisa Vesterager Jespersen, 24, of Denmark, were killed while on a hiking trip through the Atlas Mountains of Morocco.  The reason for their death?  Terrorism.   Everywhere in the world, people are murdered for many reasons: money, personal vendetta, robberies gone wrong, rape, gang violence, war, and yes, terrorism.  However, most random killings that happen are not necessarily planned, they often occur at random and can erupt seemingly out of nowhere.  However, this was not the case here.  The authorities have revealed that a group of men who pledged allegiance to ISIS (Four of the suspects recorded their allegiance to ISIS one week prior to the killings ) and that these suspects came together and meticulously planned this killing. ...

Human Trafficking in America

Image
In recent months, the world was outraged when they heard that families who attempted to cross the southern border illegally into America were separated.  Under Federal Law, crossing the border illegally is a federal misdemeanor.  However, the Supreme Court ruled in the 1993 case of Flores vs. Reno that that illegals under the age of 18 could not be held in Federal Detention Centers.  In 2015, the Federal Courts expanded this ruling and stated that children who are caught crossing the border illegally with their parents also cannot be held in the detention centers.  However, this right did not extend to their parents.  President Trump's "Zero Tolerance" policy called for a full literal interpretation of these court rulings as the border officials were forbidden to hold children in the detention centers, but their parents, who faced federal charges for crossing the border illegally, would have to remain in custody.  This is created the separation problem, whi...

According to the Qur'an, Allah will Die

Image
According to the Qur'an and the Hadith, Allah has a Soul. Surah 5:116 : " When God asked Jesus, son of Mary "Did you tell men to consider you and your mother as their gods besides God?" he replied, "Glory be to you! How could I say what I have no right to say? Had I ever said it, You would have certainly known about it.  You know what is  in MY  soul , but I do not know what is  in YOUR SOUL .  It is You who has absolute knowledge of the unseen." This is a very serious problem, for it is written in the Qur'an repeatedly that every soul shall taste death.   Surah 3:185: "Every soul shall taste death and you will only be given your full compensation on the Day of Resurrection."   Surah 21:35: "Every soul will taste death.  And We test you with evil and with good as trial; and to Us you shall be returned."   Surah 29:57: "Every soul will taste death.  Then to Us will you be returned."   Now ...

"Terrorists Target Prisons for Recruitment"

Image
Benjamin Hermon: Recruited in Prison for Jihad When I read the book of former Neo Nazi TJ Leyden, I learned how the Skinheads love to targeted the disgruntled youth for recruitment.  This made prisons a popular place for recruiting.  Many people who end up in prison for any number of reasons are unsurprisingly angry at society, the country, and the world in general.  Many of the disgruntled lay blame on the system, the media, or any number of scapegoats.  Gang recruiters prey on this these vulnerable individuals, and they seek to manipulate these emotionally unstable people into serving their cause.   Gang recruiters want soldiers in their cause, and manipulating the disenchanted to serve their cause has been a classic strategy for many years, and there is no better breeding ground for manipulating the disgruntled then our prison systems.   For those who think that prison gangs cannot be danger to society since they're already behind b...

Christmas Massacres: A New European Tradition?

Image
On December 19th, 2016, ISIS inspired militants deliberately drove a truck into the a Berlin Christmas Market, killing 12 people.  One month prior to this, militants sent a child to plant a nail bomb at a Christmas Market in the German town of  Ludwigshafen, but it failed to detonate.  Now, a new Christmas tragedy has occurred in Europe.  In the French Town of Strasbourg, an ISIS-inspired gunman opened fire in the city's Christmas Market, killing four people.  The killer,  Chérif Chekatt, was an Algerian native & repeated felon who became radicalized by terrorist recruiters while serving time in prison.   Jihadist terrorist attacks are becoming an ongoing epidemic in Europe.  What we are witnessing now is the new phase of the Jihadist campaign to conquer Europe, an ongoing campaign for for nearly 1400 years.  The uncontrolled migration crisis is the new weapon of utilization by Jihadist terrorists as many are blending in with the m...

Treat Money as a Tool, not a Treasure

Image
Our culture worships money, but we fail to realize that all that we have is a gift from God.  we must thank God for what we do have and realize all that we have is a gift, and we must be willing to give back to God by giving to those in need.  Money is a tool, and we must treat it as such.  God gave it to us for a reason.  Jesus warns in Matthew tells is in Matthew 19:24 that " It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.”  Jesus teaches us that Salvation only comes through God alone.  Nothing that we do earns us salvation.  In the end, all the wealth that you possess is meaningless in the eyes of Heaven.   The Parable that Jesus tells us illustrates that  The rich man so often is blind to his spiritual poverty because he is proud of his accomplishments and has contented himself with his wealth. He is as likely to humble himself before God as a camel going throug...

“Love is Patient.” 1 Corinthians 13:4

Image
Jesus teaches that Love is Patient.  When we Love we must give this gift of patience to those around us.  Cut people some slack, even if they don't deserve it.  Give people some time to grow, for people are capable of changing.  Patience helps you to see what is on the inside and lays the groundwork for developing deeper relationships.  To help you develop this patience, withhold your judgement when people mess up.  Don’t look down on others, especially when they make mistakes.  Pray for them and ask God to help them.  Don’t judge others and God won’t judge you.

"Fools find no pleasure in understanding, but delight in airing their own opinions."

Image
The Bible does not contain New Truths, it contains Old Truths that are as relevant today as they were thousands of years ago.  In Proverbs 18:2 , the Lord teaches us that "Fools find no pleasure in understanding, but delight in airing their opinions."   People today tend to view many people as being Fools.  So point to hate groups like Neo Nazis as today's Fools, others point to whom they call "Leftist Snowflakes" as the Fools of the day.  Still others point to Congress, the President, or even the United Nations as the Fools.  However, one must ask themselves "Have I ever played the Fool?"  I had hoped that I didn't.  I certainly haven't always agreed with those who have views different from me, but I always believed in allowing them to speak and present their case.  However, I soon learned that I was indeed guilty of being the Fool.   While I didn't scream and throw temper tantrums when people expressed different views on certain issu...
