Bridge of Grace

Hatun Tash, a 39-year-old Christian Evangelist for DCCI Ministries , was recently attacked while engaging in an interfaith dialogue at Speakers Corner in London, England.  A former Muslim from Turkey, Hatun Tash converted to Christianity, and uses her knowledge of both faiths to reach out to Muslims so they can learn to fully understand the teachings of Christianity & Islam so they can learn about who Jesus really was.  She is known to stand firm with her faith and not back down, even when faced with threats and harassment.  Unfortunately, there have been times when these threats were carried out.  A few months earlier, Hatun Tash was punched in the face while preaching at Speakers Corner.  It was not the first time she was attacked, but unlike other attacks, this one was caught on camera.  Now, it has escalated beyond physical assault and has reached the level of attempted murder.   While a cameraman was filming another conversation between M...

In March of 2021, a Muslim woman by the name of Mariam Ayad, went to an American court in Texas requesting a divorce from her husband Ayad Hashim Latif.  However, Texas County Judge Andrea Thompson refused to grant one.  Judge Thompson ruled that when the couple married they had signed a prenuptial agreement in which Ayad agreed for her marriage to be arbitrated under Sharia Law.  Judge Thompson ruled that Ayad must file for divorce before a Sharia Panel hosted by the Islamic Association of North Texas, whose members are governed by traditionalists from Saudi Arabia.  However, Ayad protested, stating that when she signed the agreement, she had no idea that she was agreeing to any such thing.  Her attorney also protested, stating that Judge Thompson's ruling was unconstitutional.   Perhaps the Judge fails to understand a few things, one is that American citizens are under American Law, not Sharia Law or Japanese Law, or any other foreign legal system....

On Feb. 19th, 2018, Boko Haram kidnapped 110 young girls aged 11-19 from Dapchi, Nigeria, located 170 miles northwest of Chibok, where Boko Haram kidnapped 276 girls in 2014.  Five girls died during the kidnapping and 104 were later released.  However, one young girl was not released.  Her name is Leah Sharibu.  Leah was 14 years old when she was kidnapped, and the reason she wasn't released was because she refused to renounce her faith in Christ.  For this reason, Boko Haram refused to release Leah and instead forcibly married her to one of their militant leaders.   Boko Haram chose to do this because under Sharia Law, if a non-Muslim woman marries a Muslim man, she is automatically considered to be Muslim, as are her children.  Since her captivity began Leah has been repeatedly raped by her militant "husband" and has given birth to two children.  Now, at the age of 18, she is still in captivity and it's unknown if she will ever be freed aga...

I n a recent video, Pakistani National Assembly Representative Moulana Abdul Akbar Chitrali was seen on the floor of the National Assembly on May 17th, openly calling for Pakistan to use its nuclear weapons arsenal against Israel.  In a fiery speech ( Link to Video ), Chitrali demanded that the leaders of their nation declare a Jihad against Israel.  He stated that their nations had long-range missiles, fighter jets, and atom bombs at their disposable, and demands that Pakistan use them in this Jihad.  Chitrali further called on Pakistan to not only used these weapons against Israel, but to utilize them to help "liberate" Kashmir, the region that has been disputed between India and Pakistan ever since their nations were Partitioned in 1947.   As his speech went on, Chitrali stated that the only way to resolve the Israel and Kashmir issue was through Jihad.  He insisted that "The Path of Allah is the Path of Jihad," and that there is no other option.  I...
